1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how NeonTyo ("NeonTyo," "we," "us," or "our") processes personal information when you use the NeonTyo Android application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). The Android package identifier is com.neontyo.app.
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information we process
The information processed depends on how you use the Service. It may include:
- Account and profile information A service-generated user identifier and information you choose to provide, such as a display name, profile image, profile details, language, or country/region.
- Content and communications Content you choose to submit through the Service, including messages, uploaded media, feedback, support requests, reports, and related information. Information you intentionally post in public areas may be visible to other users.
- Technical and device information Internet Protocol (IP) address, app version, operating system and device information, network status, language, time zone, diagnostic logs, and a pseudonymous app or device identifier used to maintain sessions, prevent abuse, and secure the Service.
- Install and attribution information Where permitted, advertising identifier, install referrer, attribution identifier, campaign information, and basic app event information. You can reset or delete your advertising identifier through Android settings.
- Transaction information If a transaction is offered, payment is processed by Google Play. We may receive the product identifier, amount and currency, transaction status, order reference, and purchase token needed to verify and provide the transaction. We do not receive your full payment-card number.
- Approximate location We may infer a general country or region from an IP address for security, localization, and legal compliance. We do not request precise GPS location permission.
3. Device permissions
Some optional functions may require Android permissions. Permissions are requested through the operating system when needed, and you may deny or revoke them in device settings.
- Camera: used only when you choose a function that requires capturing or transmitting video or images.
- Microphone: used only when you choose a function that requires transmitting audio.
- Photos or files: used to access only media or files that you select for upload.
- Bluetooth: used to connect compatible audio devices where supported.
- Network access: required to connect to the Service and determine connection status.
Denying a permission does not prevent unrelated parts of the Service from working, but the function that needs that permission may be unavailable.
4. How we use information
We process information for the following purposes:
- to create and maintain sessions and provide requested functions;
- to deliver user-submitted content and communications;
- to process and verify transactions and maintain related records;
- to provide support and respond to feedback or reports;
- to protect users, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, and enforce our rules;
- to monitor reliability, troubleshoot problems, and improve performance;
- to measure installs and understand the effectiveness of distribution campaigns; and
- to comply with applicable law and valid legal requests.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Retention periods vary by data type and purpose.
When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. Some records may remain for a limited period in protected backups or where retention is required for transaction records, fraud prevention, safety investigations, or legal compliance.
7. Security and international transfers
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or misuse. No transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service and its providers may process information in countries or regions other than your own. Where required, we use recognized safeguards for international transfers and take steps to protect information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information. You may also have the right to withdraw consent or complain to a data protection authority.
- You can update available profile information from within the Service.
- You can control camera, microphone, media, and Bluetooth permissions in Android settings.
- You can reset or delete the Android advertising identifier in device privacy settings.

We may retain limited transaction, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or legal-compliance records where required or permitted by law.
Deleting the app from a device does not by itself delete an account or server-side information.
10. Age requirements
The Service is intended only for users aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided personal information, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
